Network Managment I and II prepares students for the Cisco Certified Networking Entry Technician Certification. Students will learn the fundamentals of small office and home office networking. Through lectures, labs, multimedia activities students will have the knowledge and skill set to design , build and troubleshoot small office and home office networks.
Culinary skills such as knife skills are taught in this course. Students practice basic cooking methods and prepare stocks, soups, major and minor sauces. Standard weights and measures are applied to recipe conversions. History and terminology is also covered in this course.
