DESCRIPTION:   Concussions are more common among school-aged children than any other group and their symptoms can be debilitating. This session is intended to educate teachers and staff on the immediate and potential lasting effects a concussion can have on students and the student-athlete. We will discuss current WCS Concussion Policies. This session will also include discussion and hands on learning of basic first aid for common injuries.

DRESS:  Appropriate shorts and t-shirt (lecture format/lab activities)
